Product Description
This machine is used for cutting aluminum profiles or glass fibre reinforced plastic profiles.It can complete +45, -45 and 90 angles cutting.
Features
High precision:Three fixed saw blades.Cuts 45 and 90 angles need not be adjusted and has no adjustment error, Air-liquid convertor driven device avoids crawling of air cylinder drive and assures stable running.
High efficiency:Computer controlled system, Servo system drives automatic feeding, cutting and unloading.
High security:Cutting section is a fully closed structure for safe and stable operation.
Computer optimized process system.
Special mechanical device can achieve optimum cuts, have zero stub bar cutting, and save20%-30% profiles compared with double mitre saw.Automatic feeding and unloading system can save 50%-70% manual work compared with double mitre saw.
Servo motor, spindle drive motor and main electrical parts adapt to Japanese, German and Italian brands.
