Product Description
This machine is used for cutting aluminum profiles or glass fibre reinforced plastic profiles .It can complete positive 45 angle,negative 45 angle and 90 angle cutting.
Feature
High precision:Three fixed saw blades.Cuts 45 angle and 90 angle need not be adjused and has no adjustment error,Air-liquid convertor driven device avoids crawling of air cylinder drive and assures stable running.
High efficiency:Computer controlled system,Servo system drives automatic feeding, cutting and unloading.
High security:Cutting section is a fully closed structure for safe and stable operation.
Computer optimized process system.
Special mechanical device can achieve optimum cut,s have zero stub bar cutting, and save20%-30% profiles compared with double mitre saw.Automatic feeding and unloading system can save 50%-70% manual work compared with double mitre saw.
Servo motor, spindle drive motor and main electrical parts adapt to Japanese, German and Italian brands.
